Be one of the key actors of the Congress! Take part in the speakers' selection, exchange and prepare with them the conference and animate the debate.

We'll be pleased to study your candidature! The call for papers will run from March 6th to May 2nd.

Selection criteria for speaker talks:

• All proposals shall be innovative and should not have been promoted prior to six months before CARTES & IDentification 2008
• No commercial presentation will be accepted
• Topic must be of direct interest to users
• Topic must totally be oriented towards user experiences
• Speaker and company must be known as experts on the relevant issue

Deadline:

Friday May 2nd, 2008: candidatures closing

Subscription fee:

The selected speakers, except direct exhibitors, will be required to pay a € 358.80 (including tax) administration fee, before the congress starts.

Conference proceedings:

If your application is accepted, you will then have to provide us with your presentation (PowerPoint document) within the allotted time. This one will be available for consultation, with secure access, on the Congress extranet by the delegates and the press.

Time allotted:

30 to 45 minutes depending on the number of speakers.

Title for talk:

30 words maximum.
It should not be general but should give a very precised and applicative idea of your speech.

Outline for talk:

300 words maximum.
