On Monday 16 November 2009, 10 innovations were rewarded during the Sesames Awards Ceremony at the Théâtre de Paris. In the presence of more than 400 guests, Michael WEATHERSEED - CARTES & IDentification Director, opened the so awaited ceremony of the industry!

F@CIL, a joint effort of Gemalto, CEA Leti and Raisonance, provides Very High Data Rate standard, including physical implementation, protocol & tools. Building on existing standards for data rates up to 848 Kbps, VHDR components promise 10 Mbps, secure transfer for contactless smart cards and systems in identity, healthcare, peer-to-peer applications.

Sagem Orga with T2TIT (Things to Things in the Internet of Things) - Stand 4 K 001

The T2TIT ANR project (Sagem Orga, CNAM, LIP6, Télécom Paristech) defines and standardizes an architecture enabling the communications between a web portal and many objects. This project focuses on the treatment of the mobility and the privacy of these objects. A prototype shows its deployment on a large scale using smartcards.
